Like many consumers, I found myself in a position where I fell behind on my bills. I tried numerous times to negotiate with my creditors, explaining my situation trying to work something out and they were unwilling to work with me. I was unaware that there are laws that protect us from the collection processes that most creditors use, until I met Mr. Hartz. He immediately made me feel comfortable, unlike my creditors who made me feel "less than". Our creditors will never let us know about the laws that protect us as consumers, and they break them daily. His fee was contingency based, and he fought for me and my rights and ended up getting my debt forgiven and I was awarded damages. Please know that we as consumers have rights, and if you are being harsssed by creditors, call Mr. Hartz! He made it so that I can hold my head high once again, and gave me back my sense of pride.

My experience with Bennet Hartz has been great! He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and gets right on the job. He always remained in contact, and kept me informed of where we were at. at all times. I highly recommend him!

I was referred to Bennett through Red Phoenix Consulting. Bennett was responsive and was able to get me in to meet with him right away after I reached out to him. He explained everything in my case well so that I had a good understanding of what was happening, what they were going to try and do for me, and what I should expect as far as time frames. Bennet was able to settle the debt that I allegedly owed to US Bank and has even answered many questions for me since my case was settled. It was a stress free process and I know that if I ever have a question about anything, I can email or call him and he is willing to share his knowledge with me and advise.
