I searched the internet specifically for employment law in Minnesota and found a link to the law office where Caitlin works. I soon met with Caitlin at her office, and within the first few minutes I felt relieved that my case had merit and that I would very likely be able to get a better severance than I would have been able to negotiate on my own, if at all. Caitlin and her admin team were in frequent contact with me and I always felt comfortable that progress was being made toward a positive outcome. Caitlin and the law office were completely professional, knowledgeable, understanding, encouraging, and pleasant. I was allowed to be involved in providing feedback in making sure my interests were covered, and I appreciated that Caitlin viewed the client relationship as a partnership where I could provide feedback and negotiation suggestions without feeling apprehension or being held at arm's length. In the end I trusted Caitlin's legal advice and was very happy with the final severance package.
