Joe Vaccaro prioritizes serving the local community and happily takes on cases headed to trial.

Called for specific questions. Even though he was busy in court, he responded promptly to assist me and then called right as he left court to listen to the details. Never once did he talk about a retainer fee for his legal counsel as he was curious to help first. That spoke volumes to me. This is a lawyer that cares about his clients and justice. After hearing more context, he gave legal guidance to remedy the case, and clarified the process under the statue. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient knowing the statues. He did all of this while driving through traffic, a man with multitasking skills. I'm so grateful for his legal guidance and, even more so, for his concern for tenant advocacy. I would hire him in the future regarding tenant rights and defense. 4 stars for Criminal cases, 0 stars for civil. Smart but impersonal, socially awkward, and lacks compassion. This leads him to be unethical. Probably good for orthodox criminal cases where evidence etc is into play but not for arguments where he has to make a case, or prove things, by making an argument that is not directly given.

Wow! Thorough

I am almost 60 years old. From 1976 through 2001, My life was spent in and out of the Corrections System. During this time, I dealt with many attorneys. Joe Vaccaro is by far the most competent lawyer EVER. The judge threw my case out so fast, my head was spinning. If you get in trouble and you want out, Remember this Phrase: GO WITH JOE!!

Class and should be in the Super Lawyers class but, has more affordable prices $ . Some of the charges where 1st degree criminal damage to property with foreseeable risk and harm domestic danco violations interfering with 911 call.
