I was referred to Rebecca via LegalShield to review my first commercial lease and I am very happy with her services. She was attentive, explained key differences between commercial and residential leases, and answered all my questions. We talked through the lease after reading and she gave me several pieces of actionable advice which I incorporated into the my counter-proposal. Her rates were reasonable and I paid up front for the length document review (60+ pages) and the discussion time which was less than I had anticipated.

We had our complete estate plan done by Rebecca. She drafted our Will's, Health Care Directives, etc. She did a fantastic job. She had a nicely prepared estate planning worksheet. She then followed up with a conference call with myself and my wife. Drafts came to use timely via email and then we met to sign everything. The process was extremely seamless and worked great for our busy lives. It's hard to make time for extra meetings so Rebecca's approach was fantastic.

Rebecca reached out to me after I submitted an online inquiry regarding a landlord/tene dispute I was having. Not only did she call me the next day, she advised me on exactly what to do and even suggested some options I hadn't previously considered. Rebecca seemingly has a sharp legal mind (as someone outside the legal field, this is hard to assess) and quickly moves a case forward. She is a very 'high touch' lawyer and costs quickly mount. It would be useful, I think, to spend a moment to talk through what amount of work you would like her to do - emails, etc. We ultimately let her go early because the bill was growing way too quickly. In our experience, other attorneys we worked with have been a little bit more mindful of our bottom line.

I decided at the last minute to hire a lawyer at the suggestion of family for the condo I just purchased. It was well into the 10-day review period I had to determine everything was okay to move forward with the purchase. Both a friend lawyer and my mortgage broker recommended Rebecca as someone who was familiar with condo associations and the business of running a condo. I sent her an email on Sunday evening noting the urgency with which I needed her services and first thing Monday morning, she called me at work. After discussing what she could do to help me, I sent her the condo docs via email for her to review. She was upfront about the cost of her services and we took care of that first thing - from what I've been told, her fee fell right in line with others in our area. Rebecca gave me a timeline of when she could get back to me and she kept to that schedule. At one point, she had a question on something in the documents and asked me to find out more from the realtors and they obliged quickly.
