Attorney Jesse was very welcoming and friendly from my first consultation to the time he filed my bankruptcy.. He was very detailed in explaining everything to me and answered all my questions.. I was also in a crunch and needed to file my BK very quickly to stop a garnishment and Jesse & Tim made that happen. They got my BK filed within 24 hours of signing the docs for me!! I am more than pleased with their sense of urgency, good communication, e-mail reminders and overall great customer service.. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs to file BK to have Jesse at Kain & Scott represent them.

The Duluth Kain and Scott office is truly wonderful. I was very impressed with the kindness and professionalism that Col and Kelsey presented with. They are both an absolute delight! The atmosphere is comfortable and private as well. I would recommend them to anyone for assistance with filing chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. Keep up the great work, Col and Kelsey!

My husband and I had the best experience with Kain and Scott and the employees that we worked with. Being that I have never done anything like this before and was nervous they made it so comforting and easy. They never judged and went above and beyond with anything they could do to help and make the process fast. Julie Sypnieski was amazing, kind and knowledgeable and worked hard to get the ball moving quickly. Jake Peden was amazing at going over everything quickly and was so kind and attentive to every question I had and concerns. I am beyond happy to know that I had a wonderful team that I worked with that helped me to start over fresh and stress free. Thank you all so much. Highly recommend using Kain and Scott. Kelsey at the Duluth office is very kind, efficient and good at what she does. You will not regret using them!
