I highly recommend Kain & Scott for filling bankruptcy. I have been getting letters from a bank that I still owed money for a car that was included in my bankruptcy. I was glad that I notified Kain & Scott to look into it. And it was taken care of for me. Otherwise, I would be worrying about how to pay for something that I DIDN"T have to pay for. They keep their promise....They are there for you.

Quality people all across the board. We actually started the process a year ago but before we could file my wife ended up in the hospital. The staff of Kain and Scott took the time write a get well card to my wife. Very impressed. Once we began the process we received great service from Jake and Stephanie at the onset and then Kirsten and Attorney Margaret Henneman continued by leading us through the filing. We did not look forward to filing bankruptcy but the staff of Kain and Scott were professional, informed, prepared and seemed to be concerned with our well-being. Great experience during a difficult time.

We are in a position where the future looks bright. We worked directly with Jesse Horoshak. He was kind, responsive, and aggressively fought for us in the process. We had lots of questions that he patiently worked with us on and gave us many options in terms of filing timing and approach to budget. He held our priorities highly and made sure that we were comfortable to move forward.

I highly recommend this firm. Every concern I’ve had about the anxiety of bankruptcy has been met. The staff has been amazing, from the intake specialists, to the legal assistants and the attorneys themselves. They made everything so easy for someone like me who is not very educated and was very intimidated by the process. Also there was no apprehension on my part once they walked me through the steps, they never once judged me or made me very ashamed about the extreme financial difficulties I’ve gotten myself into. Everyone that I have worked with at Kain and Scott were fabulous. I had a hard time accepting my bankruptcy after my divorce, but it's the best thing I have done to start fresh. Clara is the best bankruptcy attorney by far! She was extremely helpful every step of the way. Answered any questions I had , sometimes even after normal business hours as long as it was through an e-mail. When she didn’t know the answer she was honest and told me let me look into that for you. Kain and Scott is by far the best firm they have many locations and even made me feel comfortable in this embarrassing time of my life when all I needed was a fresh start due to over whelming medical bills. They ensured me that I am not the only in America who has went through hard times and by the end of the process I was no longer embarrassed of my decision to file for chapter 7.
