Not only did Dan Adkins successfully defend my son; he put the fear of God into my him. My son is now a productive member of society. He has never swayed, not even close, to the edge between right and wrong. He has a degree, a wife, a son, a home and a business. Mr. Adkins had a PROFOUND effect on my son's life and his path through life. I could never thank Mr. Adkins enough for his counsel when my son was in trouble. My little brother gave her a $1,000 to retain her and then she told him to become an informant against his friends. Which in my opinion is very poor council. He was against this and tried to get his money back. She stiffed him for the cash and was very Marcia Clark like in her actions. I would NOT hire her as my criminal defense attorney. She never seemed to genuinely want to help her client. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!!!!

We called Hoglund first to set up an apoointment- they were rude as can be- so we cancelled our appt with Hoglund and called Kain & Scott after looking at their awesome website. I would highly recommend Kain and scott- everyone is so kind and helpful at Kain and scott. If you are with Hoglund -cancel your appt and call Kain and scott- You will be glad you did. Wes is the best!
