The most impressive thing for me when I worked with Xavier Martine was the attention I received. He was always prompt in returning my calls, thorough at communicating my options and didn’t make me feel like another “number.” Facing criminal charges was terrifying, particularly when I didn’t understand that I had done anything wrong!
