I was sued over another person's debt. Mr. Goolsby explained what I had to file to prevent a default judgement, how to add things to the discovery process to prove it wasn't my debt, and what actions by the law firm could violate the FDCPA. I've never had a better experience with a lawyer.

After I was made aware of an extremely negative report on my credit, I contacted attorney, John Goolsby. I explained my entire situation, I provided all the information that he required of me. I have had two settled cases with John as my counsel, and have a current pending case.
