I achieved my dream and practiced nursing for many years. Devastatingly, false allegations were made by my employer and I received a letter from the Board of Nursing. My best advice is Get an attorney who truly will do 110% and that is Marit Sivertson. She will provide the best defense and does this with integrity, compassion and her ability to communicate clearly and concisely. I recently had to use Ms. Sivertson services to prepare a written response to allegations contained in the Notice of Conference from the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Called 3 times in 2 weeks asking for a call back to discuss an issue. 1st time I was told I would receive a call back within the week. After a week, I called back. I was told that they were just busy and that I was to be getting a call soon. They then asked for all of my information again. If I was to be getting a call back, why do you need all of my info again? After another week, I called back and went through the same conversation. Don't waste your time here.

Marit Sivertson was an attorney that I contacted BEFORE getting my nursing license as I had received a notice of conference contesting some of the information on my application. I have been a nurse for over ten years had a great career. Recently I was notified by the MN BON on two separate occasions that my license was in jeopardy.
