This lawyer is great. Hes upfront, forgiving, and can work with you regardless of income. Where other lawyers expect 5k down hes willing to do less and listen. Very down to earth and easy to work with.

Don’t waste your time and money... i thought he could help me, but instead he did nothing but file my paperwork.... Worst lawyer I ever had.... seriously don’t waste your time.. Its been over 2 years I made a comment and its 2020 and I'm back to edit my comment again not to hire this lawyer. I'm upset at this lawyer who did not help me at all. He did not speak up on my behalf and it's making my life miserable. I really recommend you to hire someone else. You dont want to make the same mistake I did. I'm extremely upset at this lawyer. I'm disappointed. Dont waste your time.

I met Attorney Vang Lor over a year ago. I was arrested for BUI (boating under the influence). In Minnesota this is a misdemeanor and to my knowledge, this still falls under or consider as a DWI/DUI. Attorney Vang had help taken over my case and worked very closely with me over the year. Come to find out Attorney Vang and I at one point in our life's had live just around the block from each other. Attorney Vang is a great lawyer and would go out of his way, from the start of your case to the end of your case to settle it. I'm a young gentlemen, and live by myself, and had just bought a new car. Financially I wasn't able to get a lawyer to help me with my case, but Attorney Vang Lor and his firm was able to work with and and set aside a payment plan to get me started. This helped relieved me of a lot of stress as this was my first time offence. After a year Attorney Vang was able to settle my case and help got my BUI dismissed, because of burden of proof of beyond a reasonable doubt. I highly will recommend Attorney to anyone who is seeking help or advise.

Lawyer Der is a great lawyer. She helped me in my DA case and also in my divorce. I liked that she is very knowledgeable and a good listener. She speaks English and Hmong very well and is the best attorney we have in the Hmong community. I recommend her to all my friends and family. She is not the cheapest attorney, but she is the best. I'm from Kansas city kansas, and i was reaching out to our hmong lawyers over the phone but each and every one of them from California to Wisconsin nobody offer to help give me advice on what should I do about my situation, but Vang this man is a good man he offer advice, reached out to me and answered every question I have, he's a good man didn't charge me for advice at all, what he did was kindness from his heart... and as I was talking to him I felt that automatic trust, if i had a lawyer like him in kansas I would be soo greatful and I know that i can trust in him on winning my case, it's just sad for my part that he's not here to take my case... to who all i would highly suggest Vang to be your lawyer.

I got into accident recently in July of this year. On my citation, it said that I would be charged with a petty misdemeanor. Possible jail time and a fine up to $1000. This was my first time so I didnt know what to do. I googled some attorney's and called around. Many attorneys I spoke to charged a fee for consultation and did not sound professional. Mr. Lor was very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. Mr. Lor had a game plan of what we will be doing and he also had a plan to prepare for the worst outcome. Mr. Lor helped me fight against my case and actually brought my fine to a misdemeanor. If anyone needs help contact him. He is very flexible and very understandable. Definitely recommend!!!

Der Yang represented me in 2 cases. First, back in 2005, my ex filed had me arrested then filed for an order for protection. She said that I attempted to kill her. She even planted a Hmong knife and some ropes in the closet and charged. Der represented me and the case was dismissed. Second, in 2006, I filed for divorce against my ex and Der helped me with that. I received full custody of our children. It was a very difficult time and Der helped me understand the process and made me feel like I was in good hands. I have to giver her a 4 stars for responsiveness because she was very busy and it would take her some time to get back to me. I would always have to leave a message with the secretary, but she always called me back. I spent a lot of money, but the lawyer was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend Der.
