Samuel H. was very helpful in getting my case settled, Doctors bills covered and making sure I didn't fall through the cracks of the system. He addressed all questions I had, was accommodating to my needs and a firm advocate for me throughout the lengthy process court tends to be.

Tom Atkinson and his team are nothing but amazing. They fight for you and are dedicated to you. They also keep you well informed of how your case is going, highly recommend to anyone.

Do not hire this firm. My husband hired them, wasting so much time with Brett. Brett put minimal amount of time helping my husband yet stringing him along. Because Brett was ill prepared he had to keep rescheduling hearings. Keep in mind my husband requested off work for each hearing only to have it rescheduled last minute. My husband would send Brett info on his case and Brett wouldn't even read it. Brett would request the same info more than once because he never looked at it the first time he sent it to him. Brett left this law firm and Bosch said he was too busy to help my husband so he mailed him a thumb drive and left him high and dry.The kicker that prompted this review occurred today when my husband's current attorney informed us the insurance company had offered a $17,000 settlement while he had Brett. Brett NEVER even bothered to tell my husband they offered this. My husband's new lawyer was appalled at such pathetic representation. Run fast from this law firm. They will just waste your time.

The best ever

It's truly a challenge to get though any work comp process. Thankfully having found Atkinson Gerber Law, and meeting Tom Atkinson back in 2019. He traveled some distance to meet with me and understand my situation more. When meeting him, I knew he had my best interest at hand. He was very straight forward and upfront with me on what to expect. I cannot express my gratitude in Tom's dedication and hard work in my case.
