Very happy with Tom and his staff, going with them was a great, I am having them look into my case, for consideration consequential damages.
Had big firm in Duluth first they screwed me, so I contacted Atkinson Law took my case.
If you need a work comp. Firm they will not screw you.

Tom knows his stuff!!! Went to him for help based off a reference from a buddy, in regards to a work comp injury and he laid out for me what to expect. He was dead on! 100% accurate with how the insurance company and employer responded. It’s nice to have someone in your corner who isn’t trying to take you on a ride. Communication is great, knowledge is there, and the reassurance tops it off! No doubt about it, if your on fence and need help getting to greener grass, call Tom!

I have just retained Tom and the firm for a very serious head injury due to an assault. I have only had one meeting so far and I am already comfortable giving 5 stars. he was honest, forthcoming, did not sugarcoat anything, and made sure I was prepared for anything and everything. I will update as the case goes on but I feel so comfortable with this firm and know that I am in good hands. I am relieved to have people working so hard to help me.
