I settled on Atkinson-Gerber and was represented by Thomas Atkinson. What I handed Tom was a mess. I’d strongly advise an injured worker to seek counsel quickly. Tom took my injury and all the baggage that had accumulated in the year and a half since my injury, sorted it out and did what he does. He represented his client. Tom has good intuition. During my deposition, for example, he’d cut me off when necessary or let me go when it was wise. Tom isn’t new to this like us injured folk. I’d recommend the guy without reservation whatsoever. He’s a good man.
