I contacted Mr. Kunkle regarding a name change for our non-profit. I wanted to know if the new name was available and if he might then register the new name. He deferred, but not before he searched the name and referred me to a more appropriate attorney. I appreciated his professionalism.

I worked long-distance with Mr. Kunkle (I’m a resident of Michigan) on a trademark registration. I greatly appreciated his ability to explain complex issues quickly and succinctly, make the trademark registration process easy for me, and follow-up when necessary.
