Becauae I went through a protracted divorce during a pandemic, I got to see a lot of how Carla worked in contrast to opposing counsel. She asked me hard questions that helped protect not only my interests but also my dignity. I would highly recommend her, and her marvelous paralegal Jan, as well.

Carla Kjellberg was thorough, knowledgable, forceful and efficient in dealing with my divorce case when my ex-wife wanted to renegotiate terms of the divorce. I believe that because of hiring her I was able to avoid going to court and a long, drawn-out, contentious process. She promptly replied to my initial inquiry, and since the case needed some relatively quick action, I was very pleased that she was quick to dive into the details of the case and begin representing me.

I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Carla is a direct, no-nonsense kind of person, which is exactly what one needs in a complicated divorce and custody case. Katherine was thorough and did a good job.
It was not just us going in and having a wandering discussion about what we wanted to do. She did a really good job of driving the discussion home and putting things out there so we could absorb it and react in the way we wanted to.
She’s also very good at follow up, accountability and really having the discipline in terms of how the process went.

Katherine was a joy to work with. She was a great find and we were very fortunate. She knocked the ball out of the park. The experience was easy, pleasant, and non-intimidating. She didn’t put us on the clock and was very flexible. Overall a great experience. I would definitely call them back as a first point of contact for any legal needs I have.
