Great experience. Holt helped us with a legal audit of our group and made some recommendations. He helped us identify problematic areas which needed to be addressed as areas in which we were on solid footing, both with a calm, educational approach which empowered us and made the process feel less daunting. He is knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend him and his team for any transaction-based healthcare legal project.
