I called at least 10 attorneys in Minneapolis for advice on a contract that I needed constructed for myself and a business partner. All of them were extremely expensive and some wouldn't even ask the most basic questions without a retainer. NOT DAVID. He was kind, accommodating and affordable, and answered basic questions, so I could get an idea of what kind of strategy would be needed in my partnership. I would recommend him to everyone, and I will be using his services again.

David has been extremely helpful in getting us set up with the proper forms and procedures to move forward with confidently providing Telehealth in our mental health clinic. The process was quick and straightforward, and David has been quite accessible when we’ve had follow-up questions. We’d had difficulty with other prior options we’d looked into that were prohibitively expensive or had poor follow-through. So glad to be able to provide this to clients while knowing we’re in compliance.

I loved the ability to pay a flat rate for our specific medical-legal issue. When it was completed, he said, "although the attorney-client relationship has ended, do feel free to shoot any ideas or issues my way and I can see what I can do to help. If it's something I can help with quick, there is no need for a fancy, formal representation agreement or charge. As you can tell, I run my practice different from most attorneys." Imagine such an approachable lawyer!
