David has been extremely helpful in getting us set up with the proper forms and procedures to move forward with confidently providing Telehealth in our mental health clinic. The process was quick and straightforward, and David has been quite accessible when we’ve had follow-up questions. We’d had difficulty with other prior options we’d looked into that were prohibitively expensive or had poor follow-through. So glad to be able to provide this to clients while knowing we’re in compliance.

I loved the ability to pay a flat rate for our specific medical-legal issue. When it was completed, he said, "although the attorney-client relationship has ended, do feel free to shoot any ideas or issues my way and I can see what I can do to help. If it's something I can help with quick, there is no need for a fancy, formal representation agreement or charge. As you can tell, I run my practice different from most attorneys." Imagine such an approachable lawyer!

I am an Acupuncturist and hired David to help me with an employee contract. David was wonderful. He was always prompt to reply, professional while extremely relatable. Most of all, he took the time to understand ALL my crazy questions and answered in a way that I could understand. I was confident I knew all the ins and outs of the contract I was signing after speaking with David. I know he had and still has my best interest at heart and that I will always have a great layer at my side.

David did an excellent job in drawing up a Consent Form plus a few other forms and is very familiar with the health industry, which I was looking for. It is hard to find someone that focuses on that industry. He is nice, respectful, easy to talk to, and was very quick to respond and address my questions. He accomplished everything I was looking for in an attorney and I highly recommend him. If I have any other concerns or questions I will definitely be contacting him again.

I was very impressed with how quickly David looked over a large amount of documentation, and was able to understand how the insurance decision that was made would affect me, and then turned around and formulated a very strong letter of appeal.

I needed to get some Power of Attorney forms drafted and Mr. Holt was very helpful in explaining the limitations of the documents as well as preparing everything in a timely manner. Most of our exchange was doable over phone and email so it was very convenient as well. I would definitely use him again for future services and would highly recommend him to others.
