The Safe Harbor team is incredibly detailed. Our attorney, Richard Baum, had studied our original paperwork and had memorized our children's names, and understood relationships before we even met. This gave us confidence that the team would pay attention to all details of our estate plan. Our questions were quickly answered and next steps explained. When I began working with Margaret Barrett at Safe Harbor, I was trying to muddle through medical assistance and estate planning paperwork on my own. I was completely stressed out. Safe Harbor got my high school grad set up with all the legal docs an adult needs, will, power of attorney, etc. He was apprehensive, but they walked him through the process and set his mind at ease. If he unfortunately ends up incapacitated, we can pay his bills and get him medical care consistent with his faith values. Don't send Junior off to college with getting this done.

Safe Harbor Estate Law first worked with me in 2017 to complete my Living Will and Estate Plan. They were very thorough and everything went smoothly. What really impressed me about them was how they worked to iron out the issues when I was refinancing with Wells Fargo. Safe Harbor’s lawyers interceded on my behalf to clarify the issues with the title. They took a frustrating situation that Wells Fargo didn’t know how to sort out and solved the problems so that the refinancing went ahead without a hitch. This year they worked with me to update my Will and Estate Plan and again I appreciated how easily and professionally they guided me through the update.
