I recently attended a talk by Margaret from Safe Harbor Estate Law at Century College, and let me tell you, she is one cool cat! Not your typical stuffy attorney, Margaret brought a refreshing vibe to estate planning that made the whole process seem approachable and even exciting. When I called to set up my first appointment, I spoke with Gabrielle, who was an absolute sweetheart. She instantly put me at ease and made me feel comfortable about taking the next steps. I arrived an hour early for my meeting (yikes!), but Jess and her adorable dog, Willow, were there to greet me. Jess was incredibly accommodating and found a way to make it work despite my early arrival. Her warm welcome made a great first impression. Then I met Nate, the attorney translator, who has a knack for breaking down complex legal jargon into terms that are easy to understand. He made concepts like "buckets" sound groovy and fun, which I never thought possible! Although I've only just begun my journey with Safe Harbor, my first impressions are stellar.
