I got an incapacity plan (or power of attorney and health care directive) done with Richard. This was my first time ever doing something like this so I was in the dark on a lot of things. Thankfully Richard was super helpful and insightful, and talked me through the plan. He answered the many many many questions I had. The environment was very welcoming and comfortable which was another aspect that made the experience great. I would highly recommend going to Safe Harbor Estate Law for your estate plan needs!

Went very smoothly

We decided to get our estate and such in order after a relative passed away and didn’t have anything spelled out. Safe Harbor made it super easy, explained our options well, and guided us through every step of the process. My husband and I are in our early 30s and have no idea what we’re doing! We’re very grateful to Safe Harbor for all of their help. If you’re unsure where to get started, they can answer all of your questions! Highly recommended!

Extreme Disappointment. The attorney was late to a scheduled meeting in his own office. I came with my spouse to an appointment to support her investigation of her intestate sister's estate. The attorney showed up to the 15 minutes late in his own office. He apologized profusely, however I was already disengaged and ready to leave. The subsequent conversation was productive, however I felt disrespected due to the tardiness of his arrival for a meeting in his own office. It was extremely odd that the receptionist or administrative staff didn't even check on us or wonder why we sat alone for 30 minutes in a glass see through conference room. I would not recommend this organization due to the level of disrespect I felt and internalized as a result of my first interactions. I hold no grudge against the firm. I just got a bad vibe. Based on my experience, the way things start are a harbinger how things will end. In closing, be careful on how things start.
