She stayed on top of my case. To keep mindful of the budget -- only the necessary things were done (didn't waste billable hours etc). I'd describe her as...... Compassionate, understanding, diligent, fair, just, kind and great communicator.

I was hit by a drunk driver and Susan was a fantastic resource and huge support through the process that followed. She helped navigate dealing with the no-fault insurance, negotiating the arbitration and ultimately negotiating a settlement for permanent damage. She worked on things in a timely manner, was very professional and I knew without a doubt she my best interests in mind. Though it was a difficult situation, I was very pleased with my experience and the results and would recommend Susan to anyone needing legal representation!!
