Very good experience with Kyle. Knowledgeable.

I was going through a messy break up and didn’t really know where to turn. Kyle stepped in at the last minute and was able to help me negotiate through the entire process. He is kind, sympathetic, knows the law, and won’t sacrifice his morals. Would highly recommend for any family court issues!

Kyle Wermerskirchen represented me against my ex (Nikole Johnson’s husband below) to help collect child support that he failed to pay. Kyle succeeded in Court to obtain a judgment against my ex for unpaid child support. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with a difficult ex. Kyle was fast and efficient. He made this whole process a lot easier for me during this difficult time.

Had a zoom child support hearing with opposing party yesterday; Mr. Wermerskirchen did not have his facts together whatsoever. He looked like a fool in front of the judge. Needless to say, we won (without an attorney!).

After having a consult with Gillian I knew I had found the person I wanted to have advocate on my behalf through my divorce. It's hard to pick a divorce attorney. There're just so many out there and trying to pick one that's right for you can be downright daunting. I believe I can read people fairly well and the first thing I noticed about her was the way she spoke. Not the words specifically but I could just tell that she was already thinking of a strategy to my divorce before I even retained her. I feel like I could just see her thinking ahead while also planning contingencies. She was basically laying out the groundwork to my divorce in her head before I even hired her. She didn't try to sell herself to me. She gave me plenty of useful advice and talked briefly about her rates. To me, that spoke of confidence in herself. It wasn't arrogant at all; it was a belief in her abilities. She knows she's a fantastic lawyer and I liked about her. I know that it can be a preference but I could now see I wanted a lawyer that was looking at her next case rather than one that would tell me all about their past cases. I wanted a lawyer, not a salesperson. When it finally came time to work through the divorce my initial thought about her strategizing proved correct. Nothing seemed to catch her off guard or rattled her. She was always ready with a backup plan like it was the way she intended the original plan to go. Her planning seemed to be so beyond the other sides that it seemed like she almost wanted to start whispering in their ear what to do next just to try to make it a challenge for herself! I didn't want to "win" my divorce I wanted my kids to "win" if you can call it that. I just wanted a fair deal. She knew this and kept me focused on that even when the bitterness and vitriol that can happen only in a divorce came around. She was there for me. She advocated for me and in the end she got me a deal that was even more than I could've thought was possible at the beginning.
