I was referred to Joe from a friend and reached out under a time crunch to assist with my small business needs. He was incredibly responsive, offered a very fair fee, and addressed my needs ahead of my deadline. For this I am grateful, but what most impressed me about Joe is that despite the length of his career and a clear wealth of knowledge, he demonstrated that he isn't complacent about his knowledge and remains abreast of the law as it changes. I felt informed and empowered by the legal knowledge and advice I received. And--as a big bonus--this man is really funny and his well-timed humor added a needed levity so that I could relax into the situation and truly learn what I needed to learn. I had a consultation with Mr. Henderson, and let me just say that he provided me with a wealth of information and knowledge. He answered all my questions and gave me feedback on my case. Joe has always epitomized to me a professional interest in my well being, not merely from a legal perspective but holistically. I have found him to be thoughtful and thorough while maintaining his humanity and his sincerity. BTW, Joe is also a Notary Public which I have found a very useful attribute. As I set out to launch my new business venture Joe was the first person I called to help me plan my approach. He helped me weigh short term expenses with long term goals and made the process quick and easy. He also referred me to lawyers for TM and patent work, both of whom I am extremely pleased with as well. Joe is one of most valuable advisors.

After the realization that my wife and I weren't going to live forever and on the advice of a friend, we had Joe Henderson draft our will. He was incredibly thorough. We had no idea where to start. Joe's approach was thoughtful, patient and informative. Estate planning can be an arduous task. With Joe I felt we had considerate advocate guiding us and making the process relatively straight forward. I have since used Joe to help incorporate two LLC's. His council has been essential to my business' success.

I first met Joe at an awful time. My 38 year old son passed away unexpectedly and I needed help settling his estate. My daughter recommended Joe, since they had worked together. He was very understanding & went out of his way to be sure that I was comfortable with what was happening. He took me through the process without resorting to the usual lawyer "psycho-babble".

My husband and I worked with Joe this year to update a will and our advance directives. We'd been putting these things off and finally made the appointment. I'm so glad we did. The entire experience was terrific. Joe and his team explained every step of the process to us and took the time needed to develop a comprehensive will that accurately reflected our wishes. At the end of the process, my husband and I felt a great sense of relief and confidence in knowing that we now have all the necessary paperwork in place to ensure that our family is prepared and protected. I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with Joe. He's knowledgeable, strategic, trustworthy and incredibly responsive. I've recommended him to family and friends and they've also had outstanding experiences with him.

I worked with Mr. Henderson, not only for my legal business manners, but with my husband to create our Family Will. Mr. Henderson was a genius in calming our nerves and guiding us to make the smartest choices. He's extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with.

I had an attorney friend recommend Joe for estate planning issues. I was happy to get that referral. Joe did an awesome job understanding our situation and then developing our death documents (POA, wills, trusts, LWs). I was so impressed with him, in fact, that I asked him to give some training to an investment group I coordinate. He gave an estate planning seminar to 40 people pro-bono. Very classy guy. Also, I was so impressed w/ his knowledge that I had my mother go to him for her estate planning needs, too. And I guess a recommendation doesn't get more compelling that to say that I thought Joe was so good, I brought my own mama to him.
