Mary Joki Ebb has been very helpful in helping us with our estate planning as well as assisting us with an adoption. She made the process easy and we enjoyed working with her.

My mother is in late stage dementia and I was worried about finding someone to update her will and provide advice going forward with her care. I was so lucky that I found Mary! She is an expert in the legalities of elder law and is also sensitive to the emotions that come with the planning process. As the full time caregiver for my mother, Mary also provided a recommendation for and adult day care center. This was not part of our planning but Mary knew that it was something that I needed. I have recommended Mary to several friends and would not do so if I didn't trust that Mary would provide excellent service.

I was very pleased with Mary's work and timeliness. Many things developed that were not her fault, but she handled them for me beautifully. She was always readily available when paperwork needed to be signed and in providing information.

I had a complex problem guardianship of my elderly father, There were complicating family dynamics and I needed help fast. Mary was welcoming and friendly AND she understood my situation right away. She made the necessary calls, drew up the necessary paperwork and filed it in a very timely manner. She explained things to me clearly and in detail. And given the emotions in the situation, Mary helped me strategize in a friendly, competent way.

Mary Ebb was very helpful to me in drawing up my will, establishing a trust, and in setting forth my wishes about end of life medical care. I feel very fortunate that my three children know my wishes and that my older daughter will have power of attorney when I am no longer able to handle my affairs.

Used Mary for a Divorce just recently. As you know divorces can be a huge pain but she made it very easy on me. You can tell right when she answers the phone that she is a nice person and not just out to make a quick buck. She really cares about her clients. It can be very intimidating trying to find an attorney - not with her though!

She is very amazing, nice and very understanding. She hS worked with me everytime i needed her to and has helped me understand everything.
