Phil drew up our wills and power of attorney, and helped us with a financial dispute with a property manager. His guidance led to us getting our money back without having to go to court. I would actually give less than one star - Negative stars would be better. Zero communication. Stopped my relatives wage loss replacement from insurance company so he can make more money. Meanwhile her and her children have lost their home and have ZERO income and now I am to the point I have to file bankruptcy because I cannot afford to pay all their needs. I would NEVER recommend him! Now it turns out he never got the video from the city but asked her to get a to contact her cousin, a Washington County Sheriff to get the video. This attorney should should be disbarred!!! He has not done anything.

Richard O'Dea represented me in a case against a Minnesota County. He is very attentive to details and always kept me up to date with changes in the case. As the case proceeded he would explain my options and allowed me to make decisions. I never had to guess or call to ask what's happening in my case. If I did need to call for any reason he was quick to return my messages. He is honest man and best lawyer I have ever used. In the end the county settled with me for a large amount of money. Richard O'Dea worked hard for me and was worth every penny spent, no regrets. I recommend him to anyone looking for representation. He gets the results your looking for.

Update: The case is settled, and I'm pleased with the outcome. Rich was great in explaining the entire process to me, answering my questions, and negotiating the settlement. From previous review: I contacted Rich after my husband and I were in a car accident last fall. The other driver ran a red light and t-boned the car we were driving. With multiple insurance companies involved, I needed help sorting out bills and was in no shape physically or emotionally to deal with that. Also, the extent of my injuries wasn't revealed until 5 months after the accident. Rich has been great, as is his investigator. Though my case isn't completely settled, he has been honest, accessible, and responds quickly to my questions and concerns. With months of PT and the potential for ongoing medical care ahead of me, his work on my behalf has enabled me to pay for my care without worry. I appreciate having that peace of mind so I can focus on healing.

Ellen was very helpful and extremely compassionate towards my situation and helped me to negotiate a very fair deal that was in the best interests of my children. I'm forever thankful.

Unprofessional. Last minute cancellation of our first meeting (literally an hour beforehand) saying that she had Covid. Then, we scheduled a second meeting and it was cancelled again (day before). She had her secretary call us and say she’s unable to take our case all of a sudden. We had been in communication with her for weeks regarding our situation. Now we’re scrambling to find someone else in a short timeframe to help us. I would not recommend this office based on these things.

Ellen handled my legal matter recently was I cannot be thankful enough to have found her. I had a great experience from my first phone conversation with her until the end.
