Best dui lawyer in the area, because of them I was granted an unbelievable plea agreement that let me keep my full driving privileges. They can be hard to reach at time but if so Stephanie is very helpful. Even after my last court date they were dedicated to making sure I didn’t get pushed to the wayside by incompetent DPS worker.

I hired JP on the recommendation of a previous client. I was told to expect results that seemed too good to be true. I am so glad I followed that advise. I am an out of state resident so I needed someone that could take care of everything. I was also caring for my elderly parents who both had dementia. The Trial lawyers took charge of everything so I was able to focus on my responsibilities knowing that JP, Stephany, and Atty McClure were attending to my legal concerns. I hired one Atty, but at each appearance I had two attorneys at my side guiding me through the process. Both my parents died in the year following my felony DUI case was settled. I am on probation and I don't drive in Minnesota, but I am getting help with my chronic pain management. The Trial Lawyers made it possible for me to get help and for me to stay out of jail. The Trial Lawyers made sure I was treated in accordance with my crime and according to my constitutional rights. I saw a review indicating they don't honor their fee quote. In my case, I paid an upfront, all inclusive fee. They did not raise the price even when the process got complicated. If you are in need of competent and experienced legal services I highly recommend retaining the Trial Lawyers. Thank you

I initially retained Mr. Plachecki a couple of years ago to navigate a difficult family situation. He didn't beat around the bush with what we were up against, and for that, the experience was a lot less difficult to endure than it could have been. Mr. McCluer was also an integral player in our case. The synergy of their minds and styles allowed us to feel confident going through our proceeding. They were always willing to take calls and gave us an audience when needed. The outcome we achieved was as good or better than what we had hoped. Moving ahead to the recent past...we had yet another family situation. We turned to Mr. Plachecki and Mr. McCluer once again because we felt certain the service we'd get would be superb--and it was. The price was more than fair and while I would rather not have had to have spent money in this fashion -ever- at least I know this was money well spent.
