We were very pleased with the services provided to us by Robert Schuneman, JD/MBA and highly recommend him if you are looking to retain an attorney! He was very thorough and helped walk us through the very confusing process of gaining guardianship and conservatorship for our special needs son. This is a service that is lacking in availability so we were so grateful that Mr. Schuneman took on our case! He kept us well informed, explained all paperwork thoroughly, and made sure were comfortable with all aspects of the many decisions required.

We were being threatened with a lawsuit from a staffing agency who was charging outrageous interest charges on our outstanding balance due. Robert wrote them a very succinct cease and desist letter and we never heard from the vendor again. He also is currently working on a case with a disgruntled employee threatening to sue us for wrongful termination. After we gave Robert all of the documentation on why the employee was fired he contacted the other lawyer and they drop the threat of legal action. I would highly recommend Robert. He listens, understands, is compassionate and caring. He is also very patient and answered all of our questions.
