Update: 1/26/2021 The post first below is from 2015. I once again contacted Johnson/Turner in Aug. 2017 after my father passed. This time around was a mess. Things were not done in a timely manner. The ball was dropped numerous times. I would proof drafts sent to me. I would correct errors. These drafts were never sent out to family members with updates. I did a lot of the leg work organizing paperwork, charts, proofing etc. Finally in March of 2020 I sent an email to Mr Clinton that my dad’s taxes were done. (Because his trust was not done in a reasonable amount of time, I had to pay the accounting firm two extra years to file his taxes since things were not done in a timely manner. So irritating that was another $1000 that never should have had to be paid). Well, now in December 2020 I sent another email to Mr Clinton and copied others in the message. I asked if there was anything else to be done. If there was going to be a letter coming before the end of the year to all family members the the file was closed. *I have received NO response, again. In over three years, my brothers only received two correspondence. They were so frustrated what was being kept from them. The ball was dropped from the beginning. I was given a large figure from the beginning of what this would cost and paid it right away. I don’t know if something happened to Mr Clinton. Thus the reason fir no response. You would think someone there could have stepped in to respond. Would never use them again. 2015: My father-in-law introduced us to Jack Clinton over 25 years ago. Jack has always been there whenever one of life's challenges have come up where his expert advice or services have been needed. Recently, after the loss of my mom, I suggested to my dad contacting Jack to help him through the process of all the paperwork. Jack is very professional and always available whenever a question comes up. I would recommend Jack Clinton without any hesitation!

Eric Parker handled my divorce and I found him very knowledgable and patient regarding communications with the other party. He is quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls. Johnson/Turner is fortunate to have him on staff. S

My representation at Johnson/Turner Legal is Michele Loughrey. Michele represented my Aunt's going back several years, with their trusts, and their wills, which they tinkered with frequently, and Michele showed great patience. I first worked with Michele, when my Aunts moved to senior living, as the family representative for their home sale. My Aunts would refer to Michele as "top notch". The "ladies", as Michele had affectionately come to call them, both passed away within a half year of one another. As a trustee for the first time I knew, particularly with the dynamics of our family, that I would need a lawyer. Michele seemed like the obvious choice, and I was right. Michele has helped me every step of the way! I would use Michele Loughrey again, and highly recommend her, for her caring concern and professionalism.

Eric Parker and his team did a fantastic job working with us to develop estate planning documents for our mother and father. While our parents reside in Minnesota, we do not. The distance was not a factor and Eric accommodated our schedule so that when we were visiting, we were able to have the documents reviewed and signed in a timely manner. Eric worked closely with us to insure that our parents understood all the provisions of the documents and was more than willing to revise the documents as needed. Thank you Eric and Johnson Turner.
