I had Jacquelyn Lutz as my attorney. She is extremely professional, to the point, and prompt about any questions I had. She was so helpful as I went through mediation, court, filing, etc. and explained how everything worked so I could understand. She was extremely thorough and I would highly recommend her!

Ben helped me with putting together my Will, Trust and Health care directives. It was a very pleasant experience. He handled everything with professional process. Mr. Rust and his firm did an outstanding job handling our estate planning. I called their office several times in the span of a month to set up estate planning. Their main phone number directs you to leave a voicemail for either Ben or Rachel. I left a voicemail for both and did not hear back from either of them.

Jacquelyn Lutz could improve at answering phone calls. Good lawyers need to look for middle ground instead of making a fight out of everything.

*Revised October 2019* I ended up retaining Ms. Lutz again in July 2019. Yet again Ms. Lutz fiercely advocated for the best interest of my family and I. Ms. Lutz gave a very accurate, tenacious, passionate pleading to our Judge that resulted in the legal matter being ruled in my favor. Ms. Lutz presented a complex case and was able to passionately advocate on my families behalf. I was overly pleased with her legal knowledge and ability to put such a complex case together so precise. I will continue to retain Ms. Lutz on all of my legal matters in the future as well as reccomend her to others in need of superb legal representation. I first came to Ms. Jacquelyn Lutz in October of 2016. It was definitely the worst time in my life and she compassionately spoke with me about my options.
