I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jay, these past 2 years, on several issues, The integrity this lawyer shows, has been upmost appreciated. He returns calls, emails, and does what he says. His experience is way above the average. You just would not expect this in a town the size of Batesville, Ms. I live in much bigger area, but chose Jay, and in my opinion, there want be another choice, in his areas of expertise. Jay is stone cold in a court room, and knows the law. People, and his peers look up to him when he is in the room, You want that, if he cannot do it, he will let you know. I have had some life changing situations, and lets just say, Jay has made them better. Unfortunately, I have had to have a few attorney's in my life, Jay has set the bar, on what an attorney should be. I highly recommend this lawyer, you will not second guess yourself. He has helped better my life in more than one way.

Mr. Westfaul was hired by us to represent my mother in a difficult conservancy lawsuit. He worked in conjunction with the other attorney that was representing myself. They worked well together. He was very communicative, keeping us informed at all times at keeping us updated as to how the case was proceeding. He was patient with my mother who has no understanding of law. I consider him to be ethical and of high moral character. Which was very important to us. He and my attorney prevailed in the end. I could not recommend someone more highly.

Mr Westfaul did an amazing job for me and my family. He kept us updated on everything and was so gracious. His secretary( Miss Wendy) is a wonderful caring person and so great to talk to. I highly recommend Mr Westfaul and his very amazing staff.

Attorney Jay Westfaul is an excellent attorney as well as a Municipal judge. He is proficient as an attorney and is very aware of new laws. He is a fair and efficient attorney. He was able to handle our case and saw to it the main concerns were handled appropriately and in our best interest.

I have experienced Jay as attorney with several issues. He did an awesome job with my son's custody issues with his son and did it with respect for himself and client. His conduct in the courtroom is awesome. He knows his cases and very calmly and confidently takes charge in the courtroom. I have also experienced Jay in other issues and he is THE BEST. I have referred several friends and family to him and they all came away with the same feelings--"wow, he is awesome.' I have never felt more confident with any other attorney. He is fair and tells you what can and canNOT be done. Whatever he says, you can put your total trust in it. Leaves you with an awesome and confident feeling and one very important thing is that he is a Christian attorney, which is a very valuable asset to me. HE'S THE BEST!!!!!

Hired for two separate cases. One child custody that went exactly the way Mr. Westfaul said it would and the fees were more than reasonable for the thorough services rendered. The second case was for child support issues which were resolved quickly.

Jay is a very honest up front attorney! My husband hired jay when he was trying to get custody of his son & jay let us know what to expect the entire time! He did everything that he told us he was going to do & put up a fight to get our child out of a dangerous situation! Very thankful that we hired him & will do so again in the future if needed!

Jay went to battle for me when no one else would! He fought for my rights and He is a great Attorney ! He is very knowledgeable about parents rights and he does a great job. I would definitely use him again

I hired jay and he barely even showed up. He didn't argue anything at trial and let the other attorney run all over us. Jay had knowledge of the judge and opposing attorney having a relationship and failed to act on it. What a waste of money and a poor outcome. Don't hire this guy.

My family hired Jay for a complicated case, a parental termination and adoption. We are very pleased with the service he provided. For the last year and a half he has always been honest, knowledgeable, and easily available to discuss our case. In court you can tell that he is highly respected and professional. We feel like he put his heart and soul into our case. We highly recommend him.
