Worse property closing attorney we ever used. We did not pick this business, the buyer did, but what a bunch of disorganized people. Don't use them or pay the consequences.....

Very unprofessional people who never returned 1 call over the year and a half that they drug out an uncontested simple probate involving only 1 piece of property which was clear of all debts. Chris Davis claims he never received any calm back messages and passes the buck of the whole dragged out process on the local judge. He also could not get the title of the property turned over into my name until there was a buyer to property even though it was my deceased wife's property as if they were afraid that by me living out of state in california and that I might want to retain the property for my own self might taint their precious state. All this non-communcation and lack of professionalism taking advantage of someone out if state has cost me $2500 direct payment upfront and 2 additional years of property taxes that I have to pay nearly forcing me to lose the property to the state. That total comes to over $17000 out of my pocket inwhich once the property sells takes me down to about $3000 left over once it's all said and done...
