If I could give him half a star or zero stars I would. He's a terrible lawyer. He's a liar and a cheat. He will act as tho you have a slam dunk case to get you to hire him then towards the end basically force you to settle. He is lazy and never new any details about our case. Every time we had a meeting we had to recap on things that he was already told. Very unprofessional and never returned phone calls. We had a case that we should have won and instead we settled due to the Fact that he threatened to drop us days before the case. We were afraid he would do a poor job representing us.

We were very pleased with the service that Mr. Boerner gave us. Mr. Boerner was very professional at all times. He is a fine Christian man and we were very grateful to him for making a bad situation better by the personal care that he and his law firm provided.

Personally and buisness related the Boerner Law firm has handled legal issues for many yeas. They reacted quckly and decisively in each matter they handled for my company and my family.
