Mr. McNinch and his law firm are a really great group. As others have stated, I too was able to vent and discuss my legal concerns, without judgement. Mr. McNinch is very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with all possible scenarios given my situation. He and his firm are very valuable assets when you have legal needs.

This is going to be a long one, BUT there is a lot to be said! Divorce is humiliating, devastating, stressful and every other horrible word you could think to describe it! However, Jeremy, Ann Ragen, and Lori made me feel so comfortable when having to talk about the most personal details of my marriage. Jeremy was always honest with his opinions, always included me in decisions, and over TWO YEARS (yes two years) became so much more than a business transaction. I cried, I vented, we laughed, and he always had time for me. I know how busy he was, but I truly felt like I was his only client. When we had to go to court, I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away by how prepared he was, how respected he was, how comfortable and confident he was, and how he made such strong statements when cross examining but did it with class and without looking like he was trying to be a bully. There was never one phone call not returned with timeliness, never an email unanswered, and I never left a meeting feeling unsure of his expertise. I would HIGHLY recommend him! While I hope I NEVER need him again, I would choose him over and over!

Jeremy and his team are professional, compassionate, and well-versed in knowledge of the law. However, what makes him and his firm unique is that he understands the human experience, he is caring and thoughtful, and he always listens to his client. I appreciated being included in the decision-making process during a very difficult time, and I will always be grateful for Jeremy's sense of humor and his respect for and caring nature towards me as a person. I wouldn't think of going to any other firm in Mississippi!

Jeremy and his team were amazing during the most difficult time in my life. They held my hand through the entire process and encouraged me so much. I now consider them my friends.

We used Connie in a custody case in 2016. On the surface she appeared to be very knowledgable about the law and made us feel as though we had a strong case. However the day of court the judge told us that the law clearly states he did not have jurisdiction over our case. This was shocking after we had given Connie thousands of dollars and countless documents to prepare for the case. She was so thrown off in court when it was her turn to speak it was like watching a young child trying to give their first speech in speech class. The judge read from a MS law book stating plainly why he did not have jurisdiction in our case. After all was said and done Connie told us we should go back to N.C. and hire another attourney and we could win there. She kept $3500 for her services and she did nothing we payed for child therapy visits etc and she was unable to introduce a single shred of evidence because she didn't properly read the MS law book on assuming jurisdiction of a custody order. So bottom line she cost us around $4k total and a lot of grief because she was unprepared. People don't just walk RUN away from this attorney.. I hope no one else has to experience what we did.

Connie was always available to answer my questions and went above and beyond for our family. Very honest about what she could do for us and no surprises later. She was upfront, straight forward, and very caring. Will never use anyone else if she is available!

Connie handled my divorce last year. What I appreciated the most was that she kept me informed and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had along the way. I felt she was interested in what was best for me and was looking out for my best interest.
