Kevin talked good game but did not deliver! When I met him my completed case research and paperwork was presented to him in a box! All he had to do was represent and follow through. To date he has yet to return my requested files! He was paid and did not complete my case in fact he disappeard! I was vunerable and he took advantage. He is very deceptive. Kevin's entire demeanor changed as if he wasn't on my side anymore. He had an excuse for everything! Kevin's abandonment caused me much fear, agony, stress and more money! He knew I was an unsafe situation with the opposing side and didn't do ANYTHING! Kevin promised if I had any problems or threats to contact him immediately. Kevin went MIA he didn't respond to any form of communication. I'm still very devastated that he'd just take money from a client, not show up for court, not protect his client and then not even have the decency to face me! I never got an apology, explanation, my personal files nor my money back. But my detailed evidence and my retainer refund request will be sent to the necessary organizations. I'm sure he thought I'd forgotten or wasn't going to do anything. He needs to be disbarred! I hope this review helps to not cause anyone else that type of trauma.

He was hired and paid to file lawsuit involving a fraudulent sale of a vehicle. He would not return emails, calls or text. He would only after he knew we were upset. He even went so far as to say we won by default. After 2 months of asking for paperwork so we could collect, since he was not doing his job again, we called the courthouse where he said lawsuit took place and they have NO record of anything ever being filed. We have contacted the bar association and another attorney. For 6 months he has avoided us and lied about our case. Do not trust him to handle your affairs!!!!

Attorney White is very professional. My case was handled in a very timely manner. The consultation was informative, I was given different options to consider, and Attorney White took care of the rest. He delivered the results expected.

Kevin White on top of being a Professional with years of experience. Is a very compassionate individual that will listen to your case and not stop until he gets the best results possible. With my case I was arrested for shoplifting. By all accounts I was guilty. I explained my case to Kevin he listened and prepared the best defence possible. Upon my first Court appearance I was founld guilty given a fine and jail time to serve. Kevin immediately spoke with the Judge and was able to have my case moved to a higher Court. Kevin worked with officials in the higher court to resolve my case with no jail time. Through the entire process I felt confident in Kevin's representation of me and my case. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a honest hardworking Attorney that will not stop until he gets the best possible outcome fot your case.

The amount of professionalism and action from this attorney is unmeasurable. I have never seen someone in any profession jump in with both feet to try and solve a problem. Unfortunately, I’ve needed Kevin’s services several times and with me seeing no positive end to any of my situations he jumped in took control and produced positive and favorable results each and every time. I would definitely recommend Kevin White and would give 100 stars if I could.

Kevin White agreed to take my uncontested divorce and accepted payment in full in May 2016. He did the initial paperwork and delivered the signed copies to the Madison County court in that same month. Unfortunately, Kevin failed to do any more work on my case and failed to notify me about a required parenting class until I called to check in and make sure he was prepared for my case to go before the judge the next day. That failure to notify me resulted in a delay of over a month before we would be allowed to take the divorce in front of a judge. In the meantime, Kevin just disappeared. He would ignore my calls, texts, and emails for weeks before finally answering with a promise to follow up on my case soon. He never did. He also failed to return my money. I have filed a Bar complaint against him. He absolutely does not need to in practice.

My experience with Kevin White was amazing. He was very professional and very informative. He is very easy to talk to and made us feel at ease. I have worked with several high profile attorneys in my life and Kevin White is at the top of the best!! I would recommended Kevin White to anyone that is in need of a great attorney!

I have personally had to use Mr. White on two seperate occasions and can not think of one bad thing to say about his professionalism. Not only did I feel as if he truly cared about me as a client but I could also tell he was doing everything in his ability to get me the best outcome possible! I never once felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Having to find legal help is not something that ANYONE looks forward to doing but at least he does a good job of keeping you informed and up to date on everything that is going on.
