This criminal DEFENSE attorney believes that license checkpoints, where you haven't committed a crime is legal. He believes your 4th amendment is trash and you should give that right up and identify yourself when the cops say so. I wouldn't trust this dude to wash my cat.

Find someone else. He will take your money make promises and get you to court to take a plea. Also don’t fall victim to his son about some “re acting the scene crap” overall not worth it! He’s a joke! You don’t need a lawyer you can do it yourself. They will just take your money and lie.

Very disappointed in the service provided. I admit in the consultation the talk is overwhelmingly good. Once they collect your money, they are hard to even get on the phone. Numerous promises that someone would call back, never happened. The promises of them and an investigator taking my mother to the duo checkpoint to video the scene never happened. My mother heard from them a day before court. Unprepared not worth the money. Total ripoff. Take your money to someone who cares about results.

A friend of the family referred me to Vic Carmody. I called the morning after the arrest and was seen within a few hours. I am extremely satisfied with my representation.
