Excellent Real Estate Closing Attorney. Great service. Mr. Yentzen provided excellent service for my real estate transaction through Esplanade Land and Title. He was the only attorney on the Gulf Coast who was versatile enough to understand my needs as a real estate investor. Although he was unable to assist me with my case he was very nice to give me another referral and took an extra step to tell me if the referral did not work out he would try and help me find another attorney. Don't know if I need to call him again but I would not hesitate to do so .
