If you are seeking a professional and non-discriminatory legal team, this organization may not align with those values. My mother dedicated nearly 17 years of service to this firm and was recently let go under the pretense of budget cuts and an inability to afford her salary. Despite this, the firm chose to retain a younger employee with less than two years of tenure who earns a higher wage. My mother, who was just two years away from retirement and had recently dealt with medical challenges, now faces significant difficulties securing a new job without a paycheck or insurance. This decision speaks volumes. If fairness, honesty, and integrity are important to you, I strongly encourage you to conduct thorough research before engaging with this firm.

Rude hateful disrespectful and hates children. My daughter had a gymnastics competition next door at Jump In Gymnastics, we parked in a spot that seemed to be part of Jump In, as it was closer to their building. Then a very rude lady came out and threatened to have my vehicle towed if we were with gymnastics. They had over 20 empty parking spaces around their building, and could have been nice and allowed some additional parking to help the kids. But they chose to go the opposite way. Thankfully, there was a church parking lot I was able to use with no issue just down the street a little bit. As a business owner myself, I think it’s way more beneficial to help the community around you, especially when it comes to kids. It’s only for one day and you have plenty of room. Do better, or close your business!

I have only good things to say about Ms. Morgan and her team. She has always been incredibly well prepared for the case. She has an superb understanding of the law (family in my case). Not only that, but she also understands the very real impact it has on your life. Her passion for what she does carries through to her work, and that can be clearly seen. I could not thank her enough for how well she has represented me.

Chase has been handling my custody case and I can tell you she is a passionate lawyer, very well versed in family law and takes on clients she believes in. Every single time we have stepped into court, we have won and I was required to say little. She knows how to present your case and because she chooses clients who are on the right side of the custody battle, she demystifies the facts that show the heart of a good parent that want's to be in their children lives. All I can do is thank my Ex who had my first lawyer step down due to my lawyer forgetting that 2 years prior, she had met with her but didn't take her on as a client. (conflict of interest) If not for that, I would have never been recommended to Chase. Grateful are the words in my heart. Win or lose, I know Ms. Morgan is in the trenches with me.

I cannot even say enough about Chase! She is the most professional, prepared, thoughtful, and efficient attorney I have ever come across. Not only did she represent us in both modifications to get custody of the girls; she most recently helped my husband combat the ridiculous false accusations his ex-wife fabricated. She fought for my step daughters to have some protection from a toxic situatuon and always had their very best interest at heart. She is genuine and honest and we will forever be grateful to Chase for her dedication to the families that need her. If there were more stars to give, she'd have them!! If you can't wait for her to return your call, you either waited until the last minute, or you don't really care about the outcome. I most enjoyed her calling out the lies and clearing my husband's name. You are one of a kind Chase. Family court needs more of you, we prayed for God to go before and when He heard us, He sent Chase.

I have worked with many attorneys in my career, but I wouldn't pick anyone over Chase to represent me with a family matter. She was awesome. She is a great trial attorney and very knowledgeable. She is caring and professional. She may seem very busy, but it's because she is really good at what she does. She may not return a phone call every now and then, but it's because she knows your case. She reads her emails and is prepared when she walks into a room. She'll look out for your interest and be honest with you too. Also, her cross exam of a witness is on point!

Absolute waste of time. Waited 2 weeks for someone to contact me. Called 5 times and transferred directly to voice mail or promised a call back that never came. If you don’t have time for a client, then let them know ahead of time. Don’t string them along.
