Very unprofessional, aggressive, and dismissive when clients question things regarding their case. The lawyers at this office had my dad’s paperwork regarding medical malpractice for 60 days before telling him they didn’t accept medical malpractice cases. Literally wasted my father’s time. That information should have been shared immediately upon receipt of the paperwork March or April 2023 . These lawyers didn’t inform him of this until June 2023. Their excuse? “We referred him to two lawyers who handles these cases.” This should have taken place in the beginning, not 60 days after they’ve been playing around with the paperwork. The office manger is rude, dismissive, and aggressive of my request for a valid reason of not being able to take the case. Lawyers there never called me back after waiting 1.5 weeks. They’re always “busy,” or “at lunch.” When I informed the office manger that I’d be reporting them to the bar if a lawyer couldn’t tell me why the case was taken she replied, “I’ll give you the contact information for going to the bar.” Very rude! The lawyers don’t have time to return calls of potential clients who have questions of why a case wasn’t taken. We should've received the aforementioned reason above regarding “not taking medical malpractice cases” well before 60 days. This should’ve been stated up front upon receiving my father’s paperwork in the mail. My dad has been communicating with these sorry lawyers since April or so, and whenever he’d call to follow up about his case according to my dad they’d tell him, “we’re still looking over the paperwork.” I will be reporting this unprofessional lawyer office to the bar.

Jad, You did a wonderful job of representing my interest in this recent case. You were up against the “CLICK” of this particular judicial district. You called the presiding judge and/or opposite council’s hand when you felt it necessary. To say you were prepared to defend your legal position with case law is an understatement !!!! I am very pleased to have decided on you to represent me. Again, thanks for your determination to defend my position to the fullest extent of your abilities which are plentiful.
