This has been a long three years for me. I did not always feel that I was receiving timely legal advice. Over the years, I had several different lawyers that I really never developed a personal relationship until the end just before the 3 year timeframe for the case was ending. I was encouraged to stay on my job and not retire even when I was enduring a lot of discrimination where we could have possibly settled earlier and prevented some hardship. Despite the end results, I close this chapter with mixed emotions, scars, physical pain for life and move forward praying that others may have better outcomes. I truly understand why we must put our faith and trust in God and not look to man for what he cannot or will not give us. As a well educated person and one who dedicated his career to educating others, people only get out of you what they desired to move ahead to make themselves better.

I've been a client at Chhabra & Gibbs for years, this is my second case I have trusted them with and they have been great both times!!

I recently consulted Chhabra & Gibbs to discuss my father’s case and begin the adjustment of status process. I paid for the consultation and initially felt confident in their expertise based on their excellent reviews. Unfortunately, my personal experience has been frustrating and disappointing. After my consultation, I was asked to send detailed information about my father’s case, which I promptly completed by answering numerous questions. Despite this, I never received any follow-up or communication. Days turned into weeks without any updates. When I called to inquire, they told me to resend the same information, as if it had been misplaced or ignored. This happened multiple times, making me feel like they were uninterested in handling my case. I was also told I would receive an email with the contract and pricing information, but that email never arrived. When I followed up, I was asked yet again to resend the information I had already provided several times. The lack of organization, communication, and follow-through has been deeply disappointing, especially considering I paid for the consultation and had high expectations due to their overwhelmingly positive reviews. It seems that if you don’t have a contract signed, they will not bother to communicate with you. Based on my experience, I find it hard to understand how they have so many excellent reviews. My experience has been the opposite, with a complete lack of professionalism and responsiveness. I cannot recommend their services, as their disorganization and poor communication have left me questioning their ability to handle such an important case.
