I hired Melissa to help with the dissolution of my twenty year marriage. She was very compassionate and understanding during this very sad time. I always felt like Melissa had my back no matter what. She is a very personable as well as professional attorney. I would highly recommend her for divorce, custody or other family matters.

From the first meeting together to the final judgement Melissa was available when I needed her and very knowledgeable about my case specifics. Her singular goal was to represent me in order to get the outcome I wanted- sometimes that was not best for me and she told me that. She also made it very clear when there were things I could deal with apart from billable hours that would save me money. She made a difficult situation tolerable and I would recommend her to anyone going through a divorce or considering it. The final outcome was very acceptable and the final details were explained to me clearly.

Ms. Malouf is one of the most honest professionals that I have ever encountered. I appreciate and trust her expertise in handling my recent divorce. I recommend her to anyone in need of legal counsel.

I have used Melissa Malouf twice in the past 4 years. For my divorce and now child custody cases. Melissa is always on top of my cases and handles herself very professionally. She has filed multiple legal motions on my behalf and keeps me updated regularly. She is always available and easy to contact.

The times I talked with Melissa while she was my attorney, she never seemed to know what was going on with my case or the things she told me in our (in which I recorded) initial conversation. We waited until the very end to request the interrogatories from the other party and by that time, they had filed a frivolous lawsuit against me, so I basically had to give in to their demands in order for the lawsuit to be dropped, and since I had lost all confidence in my attorney (Malouf) I knew I could not count on her to represent me in that case. Another thing that bothered me about this attorney is that I never once received an itemized statement of the services they provided me each month. I still haven’t received one to this day and our case is closed. I would not recommend this attorney.
