We hired J.D. for a property dispute involving a quitclaim deed. He and the team at Marc E. Brand and Associates were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire case process. JD was my counsel for a case centered around custody and payment to my ex spouse. The other lawyer didn't stand a chance-every move he made was met with a brilliant counter by Mr. Sanford.
He literally ran legal circles around the other attorney, shutting down every argument and destroying every motion with crystal clear logic. It was a thing of beauty to watch.
He's also a very affable and congenial man with a good sense of humor. Very likeable.
