Outstanding performance by everyone that I had anything to do with over the last couple of years. Mr Baskin dealt with workers comp claim and getting my SSD settled. TIFFANY WAS SO HELPFUL WITH ALL I asked them Truly blessed to have had their help.

Brad Baskin was a night and day difference compared to the larger firm that I started with. That one (which I first saw online - and also advertises on television) called me and was very prompt to have someone take my information and send me a retaining form. After I returned the forms, it was days before they said I would have a lawyer assigned to my case. That lawyer stated huge numbers at first, and then mentioned issues and concerns she had in subsequent conversations with me. There were times that I did not get a response to my emails for a week, and when I tried to contact her, I was told she was "busy". Then, she wanted me to settle for a fraction of what was initially indicated. I did not agree. I was sent a review form in which I gave the firm a 3 star rating. She then called me and as she was upset about that, and told me I had to change my review as it reflected badly on her. That's when I decided to search for a different lawyer. I was called by Kumar - a representative of Lunsford, Baskin and Priebe. He was polite and informative and took my information. Later that day I received a call from Brad Baskin who would actually be my lawyer if we both agreed. We discussed my case and he said he would look it over and let me know. The next day he called me back and we agreed that he would represent me. Brad handled all of the process for the change. Brad Baskin was ready to go to court for me - not just settle and move on to another client. My case lasted almost 6 months after I made the change to Lunsford Baskin and Priebe. Brad answered my emails and calls promptly, and kept me informed the entire time. We finally settled for 5 times what the original firm wanted me to accept.
