I reached out to Chinn & Associates after consulting with several other offices. My first consultation set the tone for how things would progress with my divorce. He was attentive, logical in his approach and reasoning, and focused on reaching an outcome in my favor. I first met Mark over ten years ago when I asked him to draw up our prenup after my fiance and I had discussed it together.  Once we had a mutual solution we could agree on should our marriage ever dissolve Mark went right to work on in expeditiously. He made some suggestions that we hadn't thought about along with my fiance's attorney.  After we hammered those out (which can be a stressful time of negotiations before a marriage) we finalized it and put it away to collect dust forever. Fast forward ten years and we dusted it off.  Mark sat down with me for quite a while and we discussed options.  We came up with a game plan and put it in play. Divorces are stressful enough on their own even with a prenup, but when you have responsive representation that has a reputation of being the absolute best in the state of Mississippi (which I 100% agree with) along with being on the national top 50 list, it takes a tremendous load off your shoulders. Short of the normal speed bumps divorces always bring Chinn & Associates took the wheel and navigated me through the roughest waters.  If at all possible don't go anywhere else.  If you do decide to go elsewhere don't complain about unresponsiveness, wasted money or bad advice.  When Mark is in your corner you feel like the other person is walking down a street, turning a corner and seeing a pit bull standing in their path.  Don't be that person.
