Mark represented me during my divorce, and I could not be more pleased. Throughout the lengthy process of our case, he was empathetic, meticulous, and matter of fact. He has years of experience and accolades, and he exudes confidence. He's great at what he does, and he knows it. He has all of the attributes someone is looking for when trying to find a good lawyer. He kept me current as to what was going on with our case, what was happening with the opposing counsel, and still checks in on me. He is passionate about what he does and does it extremely well. He's going to tell you exactly how it is, so don't expect any sugarcoating. His associate, Janeah, is just as passionate. She is organized, her mind is sharp, and she is a great counterpart to Mark. They are a true force to be reckoned with, and I'm glad they were on my side and not the other. As a man seeking custody of my children, I was worried about the outcome. My son hired Mark to represent him in a divorce which primarily centered around obtaining custody of his young children. I had recommended Mark because I knew that he drew from a deep well of experience in family law. Mark met our high expectations completely. He was responsive, always well prepared and knew how to handle the anxiety that accompanies divorce, particularly one with custody issues. Mark’s associate Janeah Kerr added additional strength to the team. The process went on far longer than anyone expected, but Mark and Janeah helped us remain calm and patient. All matters were ultimately settled to our complete satisfaction without the necessity of a painful trial. We are deeply grateful and cannot recommend Chinn & Associates more highly.

My outcome was mediocre at the most. Although I was realistic in my expectations, I can’t recall one single matter promised and achieved despite spending a wasted fortune on expert witnesses as recommended by Mr. Chinn. Furthermore, in my opinion , Mr Chinn can easily get trapped in his overconfidence and complacency. Finally, you don’t need an expensive luxury car to take you from point A to point B when sometimes a reliable Toyota can do the job maybe with a rougher ride but for much less. I don't have a great deal of knowledge in the area of bankruptcy attorneys or procedures. This is my first, and hopefully only time to do this. But I can tell you why I think The Rollins firm is an excellent choice if you are going through a point in your life where you consider bankruptcy. The people at the Rollins firm will treat you like a human being. They don't try to undersell what you are going through, but instead educate you about the process and walk you through your options. They have streamlined the tasks you are required to do to the point where it's easy enough to get done with a five year old hanging off of your leg. I never had to beg anyone to call me back (they do this readily) and I was never badgered about payments. Instead, they extended me grace and promptly assisted me. They are thoughtful and professional; you are worried and stressed and freaked out when you find yourself at this place in life, but the team at the Rollins firm gave me my peace of mind back, and helped me understand that bankruptcy wasn't the end of the world - it's a clean slate.
