Last summer I was involved in the most serious car accident I have ever experienced and had fractured my pelvis and tailbone, so was unable to walk for several weeks. I have never had to file an injury claim with my insurance carrier before, so had no idea how the process worked or what to expect. Our very first meeting with him was on a Saturday and he went right to work on my case the following Monday. I really appreciate the personal attention he gave to me and my case. I felt he went above and beyond to not only get me a great settlement, but also in helping me find a physical therapist that could work with me in my home once I had to return to work as I was unable to complete all the therapy I needed before going back to work. I did not know any attorneys in MS. I found Mr B Jones on the internet and he took my case and made me feel important from day one. I suffer with lower back pain from a car accident and will probably suffer the rest of my life but I can truly say Mr Jones kept fighting with the insurance company’s until he got the max he was allowed to get.
