The overall process was straight forward. With any kind of fact gathering project, there were little hitches along the way in communication. But overall it was a good experience and glad we got a positive resolution to our case.

They helped me through the whole process and asked the right questions to make sure I was doing the things I needed to do to help them plan my case for court. I got approved on the first appeal!

I needed to hire an attorney to help me probate a complicated estate and I did a search online and found Cody Gibson. Although there are several qualified attorneys to choose from I decided to contact him and I'm glad I did. I explained my situation and he knew precisely what needed to be done and with that one phone call we put together a plan of action. I hired him and from that point on he handled everything right up to the successful conclusion. Besides Cody's knowledge of the law and the energy he puts into his work I was equally impressed by his ability to navigate through the court system and how well regarded he is by the people who work within that system. Needless to say I highly recommend Cody Gibson and if you need an attorney do yourself a favor and at least give him a call then decide for yourself.

I have written,called to asked them to stop representing me and to waive fees of my disability claim because they represented them selves as attorneys and their not.They have not.I only met with them once,the representation I had didn't say much. Not because I lost but because I wasn't represented effectively.
