I highly recommend Elizabeth Wynn to handle a family's trust and living will. Our family met with Mrs. Wynn and she was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. She gave us complete confidence in taking the next steps we need to make sure our family's assets will be taken care of according to my mother and father's wishes. We are very grateful we were referred to meet with her.

Elizabeth was amazing! We called to set up a living trust and she hit the ground running. She was always available by phone or email. She was very thorough. Our documents were impeccable; so extremely organized. Oh and the office manager, Chancey was also so friendly and amazing. I’d recommend then to anyone!

My husband and I needed to find a law firm that could help us with our Will and Living Trust. We didn't know of any so I got on the internet and found Kyle Wynn and Associates. Their main office is in Madison, MS, which is not where we live, however, the ad said they also had an office in Diamondhead, MS, where we live. So, I decided to give them a call and make an appointment. We had the pleasure of meeting with Elizabeth Wynn. She was very friendly and took the time to get to know us and to find out what we were trying to accomplish. She went over the different scenarios and what she felt would work best for our situation. She explained each option thoroughly and why they would or wouldn't work for us. She was very helpful by answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. Once the paperwork was completed, she was willing to meet with us at our home due to my husband's physical limitations. Ms. Wynn has been very professional, thorough and accommodating throughout this process and we have been very pleased with how smoothly everything has gone. We are so thankful that we found the law firm of Kyle Wynn and Associates, and we would highly recommend them!

Great team, very professional, accommodating, and polite

Firm prepared a Revocable Living Trust for my wife and I in 2011. We have had some changes in our family and property since then and needed modification to the trust to accommodate our current wishes. Also needed the changes made in advance of an overseas trip "for peace of mind". Everything was done professionally, quickly and reasonably and the modifications were just as we requested.
