Kelly was very patient with our many questions. We have been with this firm since 2017. Elizabeth and Kelly have always been available, listened to our concerns, gave advice and direction, then carried out our wishes.

I first contacted Mr. Kelly requesting the “free handout” information he provides. This package is straight forward and presented for a layman to understand. I then contacted several local firms, but none came close to a complete package like he provides including 3 year follow ups. My wife & I then attended Mr. Kelly’s seminar and followed through with a Living Trust. The provided Instructions, checklist & filed legal documents are very beneficial aid’s in funding the Trust, when questions did come up Mr. Kelly is very responsive with immediate assistance. The Living Trust, with 3 year checkups, provides the direction for future planning and this has given us the “Peace of Mind” that was promised. Thank you! Mr. Kelly.

Mr. Kyle, helped me during difficult time understand a will that did not represent equality for a gay couple. I knew in my dealings with Mrs G she did not have my best interest. I asked her to explain what was in the will to my spouse, all she said was my name repeatedly in a smart ___ tone. Which told us nothing. After further review of the will it was obvious she added things we as a couple did not ask for. We were very pleased with Mr Kyle, updating the will to represent us as a couple in love an married. I don't know what I would have done without his compassion and understanding. I would recommend his services to everyone.

Very professional. He assisted my wife and me with our wills and Power Of Attorneys. This specific office specializes in trust formation, etc. We used his office for the legal matters of my parents as well.

Kelly prepared a living trust for my wife and I after attending a seminar on estate planning. It was very straightforward and we not only understood the need for the trust but were led through the process of funding the trust which could be confusing if not for excellent checklists and understanding

I live in Florida but my elderly mother lives in Mississippi. We had to admit it her into a memory care facility last summer. Kelly has guided me through the process of setting up a conservatorship and selling her real property. He always answers my phone calls personally or promptly returns my calls if I leave a message.
